DONATE A SHOE CAMPAIGN!
BlackSun has teamed up with The European Recycling Company
for our Donate a Shoe Campaign.
Bring along your old and unwanted shoes to any of shows in
Stratford-Upon-Avon or Covent Garden and we'll pas them onto be
re-used.
BlackSun relies on private donations to fund our shows and now you can help!
Sponsor a Shoemaker's shoe or their entire outfit and you can HELP CREATE a piece of the action. In return for your sponsorship, no matter how small...you will recieve a signed picture of said item as worn by their actor. The greater the donation, the greater the prize including tickets to our shows, private performances and rapturous applause.
It couldn't be easier.
Simply click on the donate button above where you will be taken to paypal.
Type in the amount you wish to donate e.g: £20.00
In the Special Instructions box tell us how you would like your donation to be used. It can be specific : 'a pair of Shoes for Simon Eyre' or general 'clothes for actors'
Also write the best way for us to contact you.
And then follow the instructions.
We will make sure you see exactly how your donation was used in the show.
All donations will recieve a signed photo of the actor/actors wearing your gift.
Over £20 and you will recieve a complimentary ticket to one of our Covent Garden performances.
Over £50 and you will recieve a pair of complimentary tickets to one of our Covent Garden performances.
Help us get The Shoemakers Holiday to Stratford-Upon-Avon then Covent Garden and then the rest of the world...
DID YOU KNOW?
The European Recycling Company also supports The Variety Club?
Why do it?
* To help the Variety Club in its work with sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people
* To help conserve the world's resources and reduce the amount of rubbish sent to landfill
* To help poor people across the globe and provide them with affordable solutions
Did you know that ...
* Each and every year in the United Kingdom over 330 million pairs of new shoes are bought?
* When they grow out of fashion or out of favour with their owners they will be thrown away
* The materials used in making shoes are not normally biodegradable and our rubbish dumps are rapidly running out of space
So bring those dusty unused, unwanted shoes from out of the back of the cupboard, or from under the bed to any of our Stratford-Upon Avon or Covent Garden shows and help support the Variety Club, third word countries and the Environment!
We also welcome silent donations as well as Company or Productions sponsors.
